Take all the time you need — one month, six months, nobody will chase you.

You do. When your app is set up, AllCoach automatically creates a dedicated Stripe Express payment account in your name (Stripe is our payment partner, a global leader in highly secure payments). Your students' subscriptions land there directly, then are transferred to your bank account; AllCoach only deducts its commission along the way, in full transparency. If you already have a "classic" Stripe account, don't worry: this Express account is completely independent and doesn't interfere with yours in any way, and you can absolutely receive payouts to the same bank account.

Today AllCoach charges in euros only: your platform fee, the commission and your students' subscriptions. If you work outside the eurozone, your students would be charged in euros, with conversion fees on their side — we would rather tell you before you sign up than after. Nothing prevents it technically, but it is comfortable for nobody. We are looking at opening other currencies country by country: write to us, your message genuinely counts in setting the priorities.

AllCoach is for coaches who have a professional status: sole trader / micro-business, company, non-profit… You can absolutely start solo: a micro-business is enough, takes minutes to set up and can usually be combined with salaried employment. A status is simply required to collect payments from your students and issue them compliant invoices. If in doubt, your accountant will point you in the right direction.

Yes, and it is often what triggers the first subscription. From your Subscription page you turn a trial on in one click and choose its length — 7 days by default. During that period the student gets your whole app just like a paying member : no hidden videos, no missing features. Their card is saved at sign-up but only charged on the last day, and they can stop before that without paying anything. When the trial ends the subscription starts on its own : you have no follow-up to do.

Yes, and it is often what turns a video catalog into a real community. You schedule a class at a set time : it appears in your app, your students sign up in one tap, and they get a reminder the day before and one hour before. On the day, everyone joins straight from the browser, with nothing to install. You get screen sharing, written questions and one-gesture muting.

Your plan includes two sessions a month, up to twelve participants. Beyond that you buy a single session — from €6 — without changing plan or committing again. Sessions can be free for your subscribers, or sold by the seat to visitors who have not subscribed yet. And if you already use your own video tool, you simply paste your link : the announcement, the sign-ups and the reminders stay in your app.

Yes, entirely. It's your brand and your subscriber base. You don't depend on any algorithm and you keep a direct relationship with your students.

If you pause your subscription, we immediately stop charging your subscribers (nobody pays for a paused service). Your data and videos are kept for 90 days: you can reactivate your workspace in one click during that period, and everything picks up automatically. At any time, you can export your customer file and the list of your videos. After that period without reactivation, the workspace and its data are permanently deleted.
