AllCoach is a platform enabling professionals ("coaches") to create and run their own subscription-based video coaching app. Each coach is the sole publisher and is solely responsible for the content published on their space (subdomain coachname.allcoach.app) and for the contractual relationship with their subscribers. To report unlawful content on a coach's space: gestion@allcoach.app.
The platform (software, interfaces, AllCoach brand and logo) is protected by intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of the publisher. Video content published by each coach remains the property of its author. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
The processing of personal data is described in the platform's "Privacy Policy", accessible from the footer. To exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, restriction): gestion@allcoach.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr) — the competent supervisory authority given AllCoach's establishment in France — or, where applicable, with the supervisory authority of your own EU member state (GDPR, Art. 77).
The platform uses strictly necessary cookies for the service to function: session and authentication cookies (sign-in to the admin area and to the apps) and technical preference cookies, including the one that remembers your choice regarding advertising cookies. As these cookies are essential to the service, they do not require prior consent; you may delete them via your browser settings (sign-in to the spaces will then no longer be possible).
In coaches' apps, no advertising cookie or other advertising tracker is placed.
On the allcoach.app showcase site, its guides and the sign-up page, and only with your consent, AllCoach uses the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) to measure and deliver its ads on Facebook and Instagram: knowing whether they brought you here, whether you then submitted the sign-up form, and being able to show them to you again. A banner asks you; "Decline" is as simple as "Accept", and without consent nothing is loaded from Meta or sent to Meta. Your choice is kept for 6 months; you can change it at any time through the "Cookies" link in the footer — withdrawing your consent deletes the Meta cookies (_fbp, _fbc, at most 3 months after your last visit) placed on allcoach.app. Details in the privacy policy (sections 5 and 9).
Traffic on the allcoach.app showcase site is measured without measurement cookies and without any persistent identifier: the visitor identifier is a salted fingerprint rotated every night, the IP address is never kept, and no data is passed to a third party. This measurement falls within the processing exempted from consent under the French data protection authority's (CNIL) guidance; you can object to it by opening allcoach.app/?lgc3_nostat=1. Details in the privacy policy.
This notice, like the platform's other contractual documents, is governed by French law. In case of any discrepancy between this English version and the French original, the French version prevails.
