AllCoach — allcoach.app
Version of 12 October 2026. This English version is provided for convenience; the French version is legally authoritative and prevails in case of discrepancy.
This policy describes the personal data processing carried out by AllCoach as data controller: data of coaches (customers and prospects, including during the free trial) and of visitors to allcoach.app. The data of a coach's students is processed by that coach as data controller, with AllCoach acting as processor: it is covered by each coach's own privacy policy.

No data is sold. No data is passed to an advertising platform without your consent: only the Meta pixel described in section 9, if you accept it, sends information to Meta. The pixel is never present in coaches' apps, and no data about their students is sent to Meta.
_fbp, _fbc): at most 3 months after your last visit, deleted as soon as you withdraw your consent; data received by Meta is kept according to its own policy.Data is accessible only to AllCoach's authorized staff and to its processors, strictly as needed for the service:

Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland) receives the pixel information described in section 9 only if you accept it. Meta is not a processor: AllCoach and Meta are joint controllers for the collection and transmission of this information from the showcase site (Article 26 GDPR; the terms of this arrangement: facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum); Meta alone is responsible for its further processing, described in its own policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy). Rights relating to this processing may be exercised with AllCoach as well as with Meta.
Primary hosting is located in Switzerland (a country recognized as adequate by the European Commission) and within the European Union. Payments may involve transfers to Stripe, Inc. (United States), governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Video delivery relies on a global content delivery network (Bunny): temporary technical copies may transit through points of presence outside the EU for delivery purposes only.
If you accept the Meta pixel, the information sent may be processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. (United States), under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Apps may load fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.) when the coach selects a non-system font, as may some of the platform's service pages; the visitor's IP address is then transmitted to Google solely for font delivery. The allcoach.app showcase site, its guides and the sign-up page use fonts hosted by AllCoach.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, object to, and restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to define post-mortem directives. To exercise these rights: gestion@allcoach.app, providing proof of identity in case of reasonable doubt. Response within one month (extendable by two months for complex requests). You may lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr) — competent given AllCoach's establishment in France — or, where applicable, with your own EU member state's supervisory authority (GDPR, Art. 77).
Encrypted data flows (HTTPS/TLS), authentication via individual accounts, segregation by coach space, payments delegated to Stripe (PCI-DSS level 1), hosting-provider backups, logging of sensitive operations. In the event of a data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights, AllCoach will notify the CNIL and, where applicable, the individuals concerned, in accordance with Articles 33 and 34 of the GDPR.
In coaches' apps: only strictly necessary cookies (session, authentication, technical preferences); no advertising cookie or other advertising tracker.
On the allcoach.app showcase site, its guides and the sign-up page: the same necessary cookies and, only if you accept it, the Meta pixel. It is used to measure the effectiveness of AllCoach's ads on Facebook and Instagram — knowing whether they brought you here and whether you then submitted the sign-up form — and to deliver them, including showing them again to people who visited the showcase site. In practice:
_fbp and _fbc cookies and, if you are signed in to Facebook or Instagram in this browser, Meta's cookies that allow it to link this information to your account and use it, under its own policy, in particular for advertising. It also reports the submission of the sign-up form — never its content: neither your name nor your e-mail address is sent. AllCoach has disabled the pixel's automatic configuration and Meta's automatic advanced matching, which would allow it to read the form fields; and pages whose address contains information you entered (after a form error, for example) never load the pixel;lgc3_pub). You can change it at any time through the "Cookies" link in the footer of the showcase site, the guides and the sign-up page: withdrawing your consent stops any transmission and deletes the Meta cookies placed on allcoach.app;Audience measurement on the allcoach.app showcase site is carried out by AllCoach itself, without measurement cookies, without any persistent identifier and without transmission to a third party. It only produces aggregated statistics (number of visits, referral source, stages of the sign-up journey); it is never combined with other websites nor used for advertising purposes. To link the creation of an app to where its sign-up came from, an encrypted fingerprint of the chosen app name is kept for the time of that creation, and at most three days; it is then deleted. As such it falls within the audience-measurement processing exempted from consent under the French data protection authority's (CNIL) guidance. You can object to it by opening allcoach.app/?lgc3_nostat=1: an opt-out cookie, with no identifier, is placed for 13 months.
This policy may be updated; the current, dated version is published on allcoach.app. In the event of a substantial change, coaches are informed by e-mail and in their admin area, where a screen summarises what changes.
